My mother purchased this pool for my daughter for her birthday. She actually wanted to purchase a much larger pool that accommodate the whole family but I said…”Nah, lets just get one that will be easy to store and put up and take down”. Soooo…having not had much experience in blow up pools, I did not realize that I needed a powerful electric pump so that I would not nearly die from either A) pumping with a bicycle pump for hours on end in 100 degree weather or B) using every iota of my personal oxygen in a frantic attempt to get the pool inflated while my daughter stands beside me, bathing suit and towel ready to hop in! Finally, thru several pumping / blowing efforts, we got the pool inflated…sorta. The rainbow just does not behave like it is pictured in the product photo. It flops over regardless of how many efforts we made in getting it completely filled. My daughter, I must say, had a wonderful time in the pool. She is 5 and tall for her age so really it was a little too big for her but she enjoyed it just the same. We left the pool up for a day or two, but living in the south, you really can not do that because the mosquitoes love to reproduce in standing water. Soooo…I decided to take the pool down. Also, I must mention, one of the sides of the larger pool area began deflating on its own the first day we used it. We found no holes to easily patch. Just another aggravation. Back to deflating the pool…hope you have time on your hands!! You would think deflation would be easy. No. Not when the pool contains so many gallons of water. Next, storage. What a mangled mess. I tossed it out of exhaustion to the side of the yard and there it remains today…4 months later. So much for the easy pool.

i bought this pool for my very active 3 1/2 yr old son & my 1 1/2 yr old daugter. they LOVE it!!! my son thought it was way better than the plain rectangular pool we’ve used the past two summers. it is much larger than i expected and it will definitely occupy them for a while. not only do my kids love it, but so do all the kids in our playgroup. i had 6 kids all playing together and no problems at all. i was even thinking of bringing it inside in the winter and using it as a ball pit. this was well worth the money and i am very pleased with this purchase. i would recommend it many times!

This pool is great for the 6 and under crowd. For the price, you get a swimming pool with a sprinkler, ring toss, slide, ball toss/ramp and the option of using it indoors during cold weather. Just fill with play balls instead of water and don’t use the sprinkler in the winter. The option of 2 pools with different depths is nice. I’ve bought alot of kiddie pools and this is the ONE that has held my kids attention the longest and they have yet to drag out abunch of other toys to play with while swimming. Be sure to put unattached toys somewhere safe during high winds. Lots of possibilities, no batteries and will wear your little one out with out leaving home.

My 3-year-old was very excited to get this pool. His one request is that his pool have a slide. The slide on this pool detached from the pool, causing the seam to rip and the slide to deflate. We tried patching it, but it didn’t hold. Now my son rarely wants to use the pool. He gets sad whenever he talks about his pool being broken. What a disappointment.

The slide is attached to the pool on the bottom left and bottom right side. There is a space under the slide where water can sit and get trapped. Ours became moldy. I ended up cutting the slide off the bottom of the pool (this does not affect the actual pool wall itself). This solved the mold issue AND created much more space in the shallow pool. When there is no slide, you can easily fit 6-8 toddlers in this pool. Ours lasted all summer. It kicked the bucket in late August when we had a bad storm. But it did very well the rest of the season! I plan on buying another this year!
